Yoga

I teach accessible yoga that’s focused on being inclusive. For me, yoga is all about moving your body in a way that’s beneficial  – everyone is different and yoga is a non-competitive ‘sport’.

My classes are down-to-earth, fun and often in community settings. I teach an accessible, slower Hatha style with an emphasis on physical and mental benefits. Many of the people I work with are new to yoga or exercise, returning from injury, older, disabled or neurodivergent. I work in the city of Leeds and in Northumberland the north east of England.
